Sometimes, they hide their face because they don’t want the guest to see that they have an ugly face. Instead, they use their bodies to lure guests in, only revealing their faces after the guest has spent money in a private chat session.
What to do when a cammodel does not show her face?
The best thing to do is to leave the chatroom as fast as possible. If you already bought tokens/credits in advance, I am sorry but these tokens are lost. Then, when the website allows it, take the time to leave a bad rate for the said cammodel or leave a comment. This will help others.

Avoid chatrooms where cammodels hide their faces. On some cammodel websites, you’ll never find a cammodel with a hidden face. Even if the cammodels on these sites are significantly more expensive, it’s worth it because your experience is more important than anything. It’s a waste of money to spend time with cammodels who don’t show everything. There are plenty of available cammodels on many different websites.
